Cambridge Forum is pleased to welcome Naomi Klein, award-winning journalist and best-selling author, who has been exploring the interface between environmental degradation and capitalism for more than a decade. Her new book, This Changes Everything: Capitalism vs. The Climate, provides a far-reaching explanation of why the climate crisis challenges us to abandon the core “free market” ideology of our time, restructure the global economy, and remake our political systems.
\Who benefits from the status quo? How deeply are the current power structures embedded in our political economy? How difficult will it to be change them?
Tickets are free, but registration through Cambridge Forum is required: http://www.eventbrite.com/e/naomi-klein-discusses-this-changes-everything-capitalism-vs-the-climate-tickets-13264421241?ref=ebtnebregn
