America's Test Kitchen is the most widely viewed cooking program on public television program, and is produced locally in Brookline, MA. It focuses on finding, testing, and presenting a wide variety of usable recipes, as well as offering kitchen tips and advice for consumers on cooking equipment and ingredients. Hosted by Chris Kimball (publisher and editor of Cook's Illustrated and Cook's Country as well as host of PBS's Cook's Country), the cast includes Jack Bishop, Julia Collin Davison, Bridget Lancaster, and Adam Reid.
