Harvard Book Store's virtual event series welcomes acclaimed romance authors TALIA HIBBERT, VANESSA RILEY, FARRAH ROCHON, and KENNEDY RYAN for a panel discussion about their work and their experience in the romance community, in (slightly belated) celebration of the second annual Bookstore Romance Day, which takes place Saturday, August 15. The panel will be moderated by CHRISTINA TUCKER, co-host of the podcast Unfriendly Black Hotties and frequent fourth chair on NPR's Pop Culture Happy Hour.

Christina Tucker is one half of the Unfriendly Black Hotties, a podcast about the intersection of race, gender, and sexuality in higher education, pop culture, and politics. Christina is also a rotating fourth chair on NPR’s Pop Culture Happy Hour, as well as the Social Media Manager for the Food 4 Thot podcast. Farrah Rochon

Bestselling author Farrah Rochon hails from a small town just west of New Orleans. Her interests include beauty, junk food, and unnecessary sarcasm.

Vanessa Riley

Vanessa Riley is an award-winning author of Regency and Historical Romances featuring dazzling multi-culture communities and powerful persons of color. To fuel her interest in the Regency and early-Victorian eras, she made time for attending renaissance fairs and consuming period novels and films while obtaining her Ph.D in mechanical engineering from Stanford University. She is a member of Romance Writers of America and the Historical Novel Society, as well as a Christian Book Lovers board member.
