First published in 1923, Wallace Stevens’ Harmonium introduced readers to a man who would become one of the greatest American poets of the 20th century and a towering figure in modernist literature. The collection includes many of Stevens’ most beloved poems, such as “Sunday Morning,” “The Snow Man,” “The Emperor of Ice Cream,” and “Thirteen Ways of Looking at a Blackbird.”

To celebrate the arrival of Harmonium in the public domain in 2019, we are printing this exclusive reproduction of the 1923 edition on our in-store book machine, Paige M. Gutenborg.
