A Note on Processing Time

Processing Time for HARVARD.COM Orders

It may take us several business days to process incoming orders, depending on our current order volume. This includes orders for in-stock items. Thank you for your patience, patronage, and understanding.

Please note that books that are not in stock will have varying arrival times from the publisher, particularly in this time of COVID-19-related slowdowns within the publishing and shipping supply chain.

Our booksellers will gather, order, and pack your orders as speedily as possible given safety protocols, social distancing, and the limited number of staff safely allowable in the workspace during the age of COVID-19. Our web team will also reach out if any of your requested titles need to be ordered from a publisher. Even for backordered titles going into reprints, we recommend placing an order for your desired title to ensure you can get the book you want as soon as it's available.
